The length is measured from the top to the tip unstretched as illustrated above.
There is a 1"-2" length allowance, usually longer than stated.
Different head sizes will also make it longer or shorter after the wig is put on.
Shipping
Estimated Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks (Click HERE for details). This does not include the 3-5 working days of handling time and production time (for back-order). During peak season of postal service (i.e. Christmas, Easter or Halloween holidays etc), delivery could take longer than usual.
