Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery by standard air mail usually takes about 8 to 15 working days which is about 1 to 2 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-8 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.ca to you.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.

Great, natural looking wig for an affordable price

The wig is really natural looking and easy to style. The hair feels soft and the lighter strands add to the natural appearance. The lace is big enough for the part and the front of the wig to blend in easily.

The only things to note are that it is quite big on me as I have a relatively small head circumference and the wig does tangly relatively easily.

Beautiful Wig with natural strands

I use the wig for one of my Maleficent cosplay. As always, the quality is excellent. The lace is super long and can be adapted to the head. Unfortunately, I myself have a very small head and always have to adjust it very tightly and adjust it a little more, but it is still excellently suited. I am super satisfied. Especially the natural blond strands in the hair give the wig that certain something.

Straight out if the box, I fell in love. The hair line and part are absolutely gorgeous and so, so natural looking. This wig is incredibly soft, and the color is super rich. I've already sent this listing to a friend who loved how it looked. I was super impressed with the packaging on this one too. The satin bag, instead of a ziplock bag, was a very nice touch.

Amazing Wig

So before I start , the wig is not as long as I hoped. Aside from that, it looks and feels like real hair and matches my natural hair color extremely well. It is able to be styled in different ways like actual hair, and best of all, People are saying that I'm a cute, beautiful, pretty young lady! Since my natural hair grows slowly, it has made me more confident in myself, and I don't worry as much about how my hair will look with it! Overall, one of the best wigs I've ever gotten to date!

Exactly what I was looking for

This wig is soft, thick, realistic, and pretty. I'm having to style braids into it for a costume, and since I'm not great at braids, I mess up a lot, and this wig is very forgiving. I haven't lost any strands through styling, and it took a lot of effort to break a strand. This wig is absolutely perfect for me, and I can't wait to wear it more!
