Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery by standard air mail usually takes about 8 to 15 working days which is about 1 to 2 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-8 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.ca to you.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.

Gorgeous Wig, GREAT Customer Service!

WIF is my go-to for wigs, and I am not a cosplayer. II do a lot of community musical theatre and expedited this wig to arrive in 5-8 business days. I ordered it on the 22nd of August needing it for a photo shoot on Sept 1, and it arrived on August 27th with tons of extra time for me to style it!! When I reached out to the WIF customer service email while waiting for it to arrive, as I was worried it wouldn't arrive by the 1st, they responded within 24 hours to let me know it almost certainly would arrive before then, and lo and behold, it did!

My only complaint was that the bangs were a little long and a little too thin for my liking so I trimmed a bit of extra hair to thicken up the bangs and shortened them a little. Not even really a complaint since 99% of wigs need to be trimmed to an extent anyways.

Thank you WIF for another wonderful wig! Will definitely be returning when I am in need of another wig!

I LOVE THIS WIG! It's very comfortable on both my husband and I (my head measures 22.5 inches). The fibers and color are very natural, and easy to style. That's the big difference I've noticed for Wig Is Fashion units vs other sellers- even the regular cap wigs have very versatile and realistic fibers that respond really well to heat. I cut every part of this wig and thinned it to get a mullet, teased the top, changed the curl pattern, and added some pomade for texture.
Photos are in slightly warm lighting, the color is a nice ash brown and looks a bit cooler in natural light.

This wig is beautiful. I love it and everyone thought it was my hair. Soooo love it!

Great wig!!

After a few very minor adjustments (had to give the bangs a bit of a trim) it's wonderful!! The hair is so soft and easy to brush, looks very natural and I've gotten compliments everytime I've worn it! I have noticed it shedding quite a bit, but I'm very happy with it overall :)

It looks so natural, of course on close inspection at the top its a wig, but the hair is very soft and very lovely. It is more dense than my natural hair, Quite dense. It has a white skin at the top so u dont need to wear a beige wig cap.

Awesome, cheap wig!

This is an awesome wig. It sheds quite a bit, but for the price, it is amazing! Fits super well on my large head. Had to cut the bangs and so a little bit of work on the wig, but that’s to be expected. Definitely get if you are looking for a wavy brown wig!!
