We ship our products by either standard air mail or expedited shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your package has been dispatched. You could trace your package by clicking into the courier's link with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates

This table shows an estimate of our shipping rates for your reference. For countries not on the list, please refer to the “add to shopping cart” method mentioned above.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery by standard air mail usually takes about 8 to 15 working days which is about 1 to 2 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 3-8 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Wigisfashion.ca to you.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.

Lovely wig!

I’m happy with this wig. It looks really nice when put on! I had bought another Aerith wig from a different site that I couldn’t wear because the top of it hurt my head so bad (it was in two pieces and the ponytail on top was painful). This wig is much better and I appreciate how it is all in one piece. It looked lovely with my Aerith cosplay! Still hurt my forehead after a while, but it was manageable (and that’s to be expected with any wig). Would recommend, and I hope to order more wigs from this site!

Ponytail is very Short

Let me preface this by saying that I love Wig is Fashion.
The quality of their wigs is superior, especially their lacefronts. Aerith Gainsborough's wig is something they created for another Cosplayer. The colour and fibers are really nice. But there is what I think is a huge flaw with this wig: The ponytail falls short. Literally. It is TOO SHORT. Aerith's hair is long, and her ponytail should fall almost to her butt. I was lucky enough to have a thriow away wig in the damn near same shade. I am having to add those wefts in to lengthen the ponytail. So it has the appropriate length. Otherwise, over all, it is very nice. But you shouldn't have to add in longer wefts to get a longer more appropriate ponytail for Aerith. Honestly it's a little bit disappointing. That's why it only get's 3/5 stars.
If you don't mind adding wefts, its a decent enough base. I'll still have to style the bangs. They are very flat and don't look like the image. (obviously). But if you don't mind the extra work to make it more Aerith Accurate its a good buy.

Detailed Wig

This wig is amazing! The quality is great and it looks exactly like the picture. I was also really impressed with the customer service. They were very helpful and responsive to my questions. The shipping was also very fast. I would definitely recommend this wig to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable wig.
